Application Guidelines
| Eligibility | - Any person who is due to graduate from a regular or advanced course at a technical college or from a four-year university or due to complete a graduate course between April 2023 and March 2024 - Any person who has graduated from a regular or advanced course at a technical college or from a four-year university or completed a graduate course between March 2021 and March 2023 Note: In either case, only those who have not started their career are eligible. |

| Starting salaries (basic pay) | Technical college graduate: 203,000 yen Technical college advanced course graduate: 220,000 yen Four-year university graduate: 220,000 yen Master’s degree holder: 240,000 yen |
| Salary revision | Once per year (April) |
| Allowances | Overtime, holiday, family, commuting (full amount), travel, managerial position, etc. |

| Bonuses | Twice per year (June and December) |
| Holidays/Leave | Two days off per week, 124 company holidays per year, paid annual leave (20 days granted just after starting work), summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, congratulation/condolence leave, compensatory holiday system |
